policies & expectations.

Policies are put in place so that you (as a consumer) & I (as a service provider) are clear on where things stand in this relationship, so there aren’t any blurred lines.

 

cancellations & deposits.

I ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment time. When doing that, you’re able to go onto the booking site & simply re-schedule. If you cancel your appointment completely & do not plan to book another, you forfeit your $35 retainer fee, as that is a spot that someone else could’ve taken.

Cancellation's under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service, including the deposit.

Same day cancellations/ no-shows are charged 100% of the service charge. Full payment is due at the time of the cancellation.

Excellent customer service is my #1 priority, so if it’s my fault your appointment was cancelled for any reason and you do not wish to re-schedule, you will be refunded your deposit if you wish.

payment.

The rest of your balance must be paid by the end of your appointment by cash, Zelle, or debit/credit card. You do have the option of pre-paying on the booking site as well.

guests.

No extra guests.

arrival.

Please arrive on time. When you’re late, it cuts into your appointment time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately, your appointment may need to be re-scheduled.

Please arrive with clean and makeup-free eyes and lashes. If you don’t, extra time will be spent cleaning your lashes, which results in less lash time and a up-charge of $15 for a lash bath. Lash extensions cannot stick to dirty lashes or oil.

time.

All services are based strictly on TIME. A fullset is a certain amount of time, a fill is a certain amount of time, etc. Please do not book an appointment if you are in a hurry because these are services that cannot and will not be rushed.

fills.

YOU MUST HAVE 40% OF YOUR LASHES FOR IT TO BE CONSIDERED A FILL. Fills are every 2-3 weeks, based on retention.

“Standard fills” are fills that are between 7 days to 2.5 weeks.

“Ultra fills” are fills that are a little under 40% & between 2.5 to 3 weeks. Ultra fills are longer & require more time, as there are more lashes to remove and replace.

If I can count the lashes on your eyes, it’s a fullset. Anything over 3 weeks is a fullset. Please book accordingly.

If you have lashes on from a previous artist & would like to come to me, send ​me a message so I can determine if the work is able to worked over. If not, you will need a removal & fullset.​

phones.

Please remember that your eyes will be closed for a long period of time, so phone use isn’t permitted during your appointment. I understand that in some cases you may need to use your phone to answer a phone call, but there is no way you’ll be able to send a text message until the service is completed.

aftercare & retention.

Your lash retention is based strongly on your aftercare. I offer every client a aftercare kit that includes lash shampoo, a cleansing brush, & many other things that makes taking care of them as easy as can be. You should clean your lashes once a day or at least once every 2 days. Do not pick at your lashes, sleep on your face, or use any products that contain oil around your eyes.

sickness.

Please do not show up to your appointment sick. Any coughing, fever, or flu-like symptoms will result in your appointment needing to be re-scheduled. This is for the safety of me and all my other clients. Please re-schedule your appointment until you feel better.

what to expect.

Your eyes must remain closed for the duration of the service so please use the bathroom, eat, or send any text messages beforehand. I want you to be as comfortable as possible. You may bring a blanket or airpods, or you may chose to talk or fall asleep (80% of clients get a power nap in at their lash appt. to be honest).

customer service & issues.

If you have any issues with your lashes, let me know immediately and I will be glad to fix them. I try my best to reach out and check on clients a couple of days after their appointment, but in case I don’t reach out to me at (214) 377-0231, TEXT ONLY.
